Just finished watching iceman on Netflix, starring Michael Shannon, Ray Liota, David Schwimmer, Chris Evans, Winona Ryder, and small roles from James Franco and Stephen Dorff. I have to say Michael Shannon gave such a star studded performance, he was brilliant. Almost every actor outdid himself/ herself in their characters. Based on a true story of the creation and demise of hit-man, Richard Kuklinski, a devoted father, great husband, and a monster killer who kept his family oblivious from his profession. Chis Evans and David Schwimmer (Ross from friends) were almost unrecognizable during the initial part of this movie. This is a very raw movie, very explicit and bloody, so no families but I certainly recommend this to you if you love mob movies. I give it an A-.
