Just fit this k&n typhoon to my ep3, got it cheap second hand of eBay and its practically new not a mark on itso thought Id give it a try. First impressions are no noticeable power gain or loss, but holy hell it sounds epic on vtec cross over!! So its a win from me on sound alone. Que the heat soak experts :) Im going to run a cold air feed to it along with fabricating a heat shield to help on the issue but I sat in traffic today at 20c in the sun and pulled off the lights with no hesitation at all so not sure how bad this heatsoak issue is supposed to be???
