Just for those Family & Friends who dont know. Last week I finally had Nano surgery on my knee (with PRP injections to follow). This was not the surgery I was wanting to have but am hopeful that it helps with the pain and the ongoing physical restrictions. Worse part is its a non weight bearing recovery period, so stuck on my behind for 3 weeks :( lol Thanks for all the love and Support Ive already received. :) xo
