Just found out I get extra hours for training for my new position. Thank god because the last two days of training have been a joke. I unlike others in the office, do not have a backup to take up slack. By the time I am done with returning calls about programs and relaying info to callers, and assisting students, I have 1 hour for training. A bit nervous, start my new position as "Faculty Support" on the 9th and there is soooo much to learn with this system they use.
