Just found out that one of my Massage Therapy Mentors passed away today. Have always remember her about using the word Praxis and how we need to use it as a teaching tool. Thanks Wendy Hunter for helping me to be a better teacher. Praxis is the process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted, practiced, embodied, or realised. Praxis may also refer to the act of engaging, applying, exercising, realizing, or practicing ideas.
