Just getting home after a long day of saving people. Been thinking about this most of the evening. the word "Loyalty" One can only be true to himself and others. I must say after being in business for going on 12+ years and dealing with many shops. U come to realize who your loyal shops are. Who has your back and who would stab u in the back in a heart beat. I have heard stories and now I know 1st hand. U bend over backwards for these people especially when they are in need and what do u get. I see the big picture now.
