Just got back from CHCH and the funeral of my sister, it was such a lovely send off for her and awesome to see the huge turnout of people that she touched in her life. Had to cancel my position in our team that is at the mount team comp this weekend but it sounds like they are doing just fine without me, good luck guys give it all you got. Next week i am off to the Gold Coast to compete in the Pan Pacific Masters along with a few other athletes from the Gizzy area so hope to catch up with them over there. I have just seen the WODs and they look pretty awesome. when we get back it is straight into the Battle of the Fittest and that looks like it is going to be another epic comp, all the top athletes from around NZ will be there so its game on again. Will keep you posted on the progress at the Gold Coast if I can.
