Just got back from the PTI jalsa. For those criticizing all the folks who were going, I want to let them know that as a voter of Pakistan Tehreek I Insaf, I went today to verify if the leaders I elected were on the same page today as they were one year ago. Having said that, the Jalsa was much bigger than the one last year on the 9th of May which as most of you would know was HUGE. One thing I particularly noticed was that PTI has grown out of the parhay likhi small upper middle class to the true masses. Also, after last years jalsa, I saw that as a party they have become much more mature and much more organized which was absolutely great to see. The point of the jalsa was simple. They are not looking for re-elections, they are not trying to derail democracy. All they want is to ensure that the electoral system be cleansed and made transparent enough for the next elections. Better now than in 2017 when all efforts would be futile. Whats wrong is wrong. As an opposition party, PTI gave a true show of strength and if anything, this show will most certainly ring bells in the ears of the ruling party who will now be working extra hard for the overall betterment of the people. Lastly, all those calling PTI jalsas a phoondi party, aap logon kee zehniyat dekh kar mujhay khushi hothi hai kay aap PTI ko support nahin kartay. #PakistanZindabad. #PTIFamilyPaindabad
