Just got back from walking at Sunset park. I made the mistake of making my 17 year old son Brett Rush, go with me. The 1st mile on the nice, straight paved path was normal but hot. We get to the end and then u are supposed to turn around and go back for the 2nd mile. Well normal people do. We get the grand idea to venture off to this rugged path next to the river. Brett starts acting like a drill sergeant. He made me carry logs above my head, jump ditches, climb giant hills, carry huge boulders, and then jog! He said that was only the warm up and to wait to next time. Geeeeeesh!
