Just got finished having a great meal at Angelos Fairmont Tavern. I also just found out that the woman who usually waits on me, including when my sister and her family and my father were out last year - is the grand daughter of the founder of Angelos. She didnt wait on us this time, but she was serving the table next to us. As a matter of fact, his name was Angelo, her father was Angelo and she has a brother named Angelo. Many of the recipes today are the same recipes from 80 years ago when the restaurant was founded.
