Just got home from the ER and getting a script filled. I thought I broke a bone in my wrist but could not figure out how. They didnt know what was wrong, at first. Xrays, blood work and some sedimentation test showed an elevated white blood count. It was finally determined that when I was out trying to catch Hershel yesterday, I was crawling through Hawthorn bushes and got a nice thorn driven in to my wrist joint. It feels like it is broken and very swollen/hot. An infusion of antibotic through a drip and some 300MG antibiotics with a followup tomorrow. Looks like I wont be catching any critters or digging bottles for a bit...
