Yesterday, the invigilator threatened to switch off all of the lights in the room where we took our examination if we did not clear out of the room quickly. As I was trying to pack up as quickly as I could amid all of the excitement around me (as practically everyone was bedazzled by Profs Q2), I told her to do what she had to do, and that we would take action later. [Honestly, I said that rather nonchalantly, as I was quite focused on packing my bag. I hardly even looked at her.] Anyway, as I walked out of the door, she took me up on my last statement. I smiled and said, Just kidding! and walked off into the excitement that had migrated outside the room. In your opinion, do you think she has an action in Tort?
