Just got off the phone with a business account rep at Duke, and a very nice and thorough lady went over the whole issue with me, and has sent it off to the technicians to be switched back to the way it was in the first place. Once I told her the number of the meter on the house, she understood right away what went wrong... I now also have notes on my account that the workshop/studio is seasonal with minimal usage so hopefully this wont happen again. I understand sometimes things get screwed up, its a matter of how quickly and how well its fixed that really matters.
