Just got off the phone with tech support. My Cina-mate system is having problems with left channel speaker. After some minor troubleshooting Bose is sending us new speaker cable and interface for the system. Very happy with your service. This is the only time I have ever had to use it and with (4) 301 speakers, a center channel speaker on our sound system and a Bose Wave Radio C/D player this is the only problem we have ever had. I would recommend this company to anyone looking into any type of sound system.
