Theyve been charging me for unlimited internet since I started the contract although it comes free with the package so basically I told them I need compensation they said they would pay half towards an upgrade (Ive got the 5s) or pay the refund and a months bills so I opted for that which means I only have to pay one months bill until my contract is up which means iPhone 5s or 6 for £45. Lovely jubbly. You gotta haggle with these big companies trust me
