Just had a guy approach me whilst on lesson and have a moan about us keeping the engine running outside his house. Apparently, in the grand sum of 90 seconds (30seconds talk between left reverses) the fumes were causing him problems. I kindly advised him not to interrupt my lessons, handed him a card and told him that any complaints should be emailed to me. Aside from being as firm but polite as possible, closing the window and carrying on with your lesson, Im quite tempted to take it further to make a point; Im thinking a formal letter advising him that any further incidents will be reported to the Police as harassment with the additional threat of charging him to refund my pupils for any interrupted lessons. Thoughts anyone?
