Just had a guy come to our door, representing the Committee to Rebuild Maines Middle Class.(he said they were doing a survey and my name came up) Asked me two questions - who am I voting for in the gubernatorial race and in the House of Representatives race. (I refused to answer both) He smiled, thanked me, handed me a couple of flyers from Michaud and Deabay, and left. Couple of weird things; He never gave me any rhetoric about the groups preferred candidates and he parked out by the road. We live on a fairly narrow private road and have a long driveway. We considered, briefly, that he might be casing the property....but he didnt ask to come in. Then again, he was greeted by dogs. Still. Weird. Why not pull into the driveway instead of walking all the way in?
