Just had an interesting EFT Session.... my client has a food allergy to whey. I asked her to get centered in her body and then to ask her body where in her body this stuck energy was that was contributing to her food allergy. It was her stomach... a big red heart in her stomach that was filled with anger, rage, resentment and grief... all at levels 8, 9 or 10 of intensity. It was really powerful as soon as we started tapping I started getting STRONG energy releases on her... She is going to get tested to see if she still has the sensitivity .... shes been so upset because she loves protein shakes and was not able to drink them without an issue. Our EMOTIONS play a critical role in our health.... Every emotion you have ever felt wants to be FELT and VALIDATED so that it can complete the cycle of expression.
