Just had another mammogram and ultra sound... they think just a couple more weeks of infusions and I will be DONE!! I may be on oral antibiotics for a couple months. The mass is a centimeter larger than last week, but its more diffused... its loosing power and density, and the one that was in the nipple is near gone too, and can be drained away if its there in a week still again. Excited that relief is on its way, but I also start the huge cardiology work up, and was already told 2 months ago a pacemaker may be an option... so I am leaving one thing to deal with another. Also pulmonology is next week to deal with my low o2, and I still have to go back to neurology to deal with my disc, physical therapy, and the tumor on my T4. Because Behcets works so much like systemic lupus, it seems the battle is never over. I have been overwhelmed and depleted, but grateful for the love and support around me. That said, my days are long and boring being unable to work much at all, and anyone who would like to visit, help me to an appointment, help me with a meal, take me out somewhere to distract me, go fishing or swimming with me, or just meet for coffee... all that adds up! just saying. Grateful, home playing with my rats, cleaning and getting ready for my date tonight.
