Just had heath came to our work for a presentation on mental health, when I thought of heath black I thought of an afl player been on top of the world and probably still reaping all the benefits of the fame but the poor guy has been through a huge amount from early childhood up through his career and now in life after footy where he still deals with it every minute of his life Heath was lucky enough to get help in time and now spends all his time helping others in the same situation, its a great initiative and him and his company are happy to help anyone who is struggling in what is a very common battle, please call them if your in any sort of trouble so he can help or if theres anything I can do just ask I dont have the experience but im always up for a chat and will help in anyway Depression/suicide is a scary place no one should be there alone
