Just had literally the worst takeout experience ever and Im NEVER ordering takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. I called and ordered a sampler that has a mix and match of a couple things (what I always get) and when I picked it up and went into my car I checked it because the box was really light and it usually comes in two boxes because the wings are in a separate box. When I opened the box, there was just a big pile of chips. Literally a pile of tortilla chips and a pretzel. I went back inside and told the front desk lady and she apologized and came back not even two minutes later (shouldve taken at least 10 minutes to remake it) and I went to my car and looked inside the box again to make sure. The box didnt have wings in it AND there were like 5 old looking pita chips. I went back inside AGAIN and asked for everything just to be remade because I know that they still used the old tortilla chips to make my nachos. She comes back out a couple minutes later (again shouldve take at least 10) and showed me the box and everything was in it but I only got 2 wings. Really? I just left angry and came back home to eat my food. When I started to eat my nachos, I noticed the top was warm and the the chips on the bottom were cold. They still used the same original pile of chips from the first time I went in!!! So disgusted and never going back unless Im eating in and can see and eat my food before I leave. Rant over.
