Just had the first lot of results from the initial biopsy. There was an unusual combination of 3 nasty bacteria in there but they believe the one which caused the problems was pseudomonas. Apparently bad enough to make even your most experienced medical professional take a sharp intake of breath! My vet now has the appropriate ABs on stand by, just in case. More results should be in later this week
