Just had the following note fron NatWest travel: What is changing from 1 January 2014? The current provider of this service, Thomas Cook Travel Limited, will be changing to Affinion International Travel Limited, one of the UKs largest independent travel agencies. As Affinion International Travel Limited is owned by an American company, current US regulations prevent it from arranging travel to Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Iran. This means you will no longer be able to use the Travel Service to arrange travel to these countries. Charlotte Eustace and I are gutted as these countries were at the top of William Eustaces wish list for 2014!
