Just had to call 911 from the office. It sends me to the Tarrant Parker Sheriffs Office where the dispatcher wants to explain to me why they cant get an officer here. (I called 911, lady, this means I have an emergency & dont need or want an explanation, I need action) They are unable to transfer me. I hang up. I had to look up WSPD on the internet, call their non emergency # to get an officer here. This process took 8 minutes. In no way is this WSPDs fault, its a technical issue sure, but Im definitely not feeling confident & protected at the moment. A lot can happen in 8 minutes. We can track terrorists activity across the world, but we cant call 911 and know someone will be able to help us or even find us. Dont be alarmed. Everything is fine. Disgruntled ex employee with a history of violence.
