Just had to give someone from Italy a bollocking on eBay....(anecdote alert) Sold this (nuisance) an item and despite me saying on the listing it would be posted within 5 days, he was on demanding the tracking number by 8am the next morning! At the time, I didnt know he was from Italy as the address was a UK address and Postcode. Sent the item the next day Royal Mail tracked. Yesterday hes on 3 times asking again for the tracking number (which was already on the ebay system) so I gave him the number. Unbeknown to me he is an international buyer so it allocates a domestic number (Royal Mail Tracked number) and then onwards with an additional number for International shipping as the address was a depot for onward post. So hes back on again asking how I sent it... Royal Mail I told him (AGAIN). Royal Mail reports that the address refused to accept the item..and will be returning it to the sender. He then accuses me in broken English of not sending the item in the first place! Well by now my blood is boiling with this person. I wondered if he was some sort of con trick. He then tried, I dont want to have to go to ebay and paypal NO, YOU GO TO EBAY & PAYPAL...........PAL! He demands the receipt.... so I demand an apology.... I just knew from the silly questions during the auction that this chap was going to be a complete pain in the ass and said the same to Jess. Inclination right, but he has been sent a copy of the proof of posting and tracking details as well being under no impression what i think of him. Lovely anecdote for your Monday Night.
