Just heard two items on the radio news and cant quite resist sharing. Apparently the government are considering spending a considerable amount of money in selling the budget to the people. WTF? I didnt know that the budget was a commodity for starters. And if it wasnt a draconian piece of crap then people would accept it anyhow without needing to have it spun into something even more unintelligible in a Orwellian exercise in social engineering. The second item was Clive Palmer gracefully saving the taxpayer money by rolling up to parliament in his own Rolls Royce. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure Im not dreaming.
