Just home from the Gold Coast and some time to reflect on the past weekend. Wow.. Laser Racing 2014 Porsche Carrera Cup Champions. This is so much more than an individual success. Its taken us 4 years against some stellar competition. After a great V8 Supercars career, Ange and I wanted to get back to really enjoying our Motorsport again with the bonus of some possible great results along the way. For me, these photos reflect what its all about. We have a great group of friends and supporters that we go racing and work hard for. 4 years with Laser Plumbing and Electrical Australia 3 years working with the support of BP Ultimate Diesel, 3 years with Shannons Insurance (Paul) and Mosley Mining (Daryl and Gayle). Volvo Trucks have been with us for 2 years. You cant do this without incredibly talented passionate people. Weve had a great team of friends involved since the beginning, Darren Walter, Rodney Randall, Luke Gelding, Mark Johnstone, John Leighton, Justin Vassallo, Darrin Breeden, Ken Ardern, Dean Cook, Chris Pezzimenti and John Woodman. Not too mention all of our families that have been roped in to support our program. To Steve Keil and all of our Laser Plumbing and Electrical friends from both here and across the Tasman, thankyou so much for your continued support. Now we can look forward to removing the number 2 from the side of our Laser Racing Porsche.
