Officer Grant Morrison missed his calling. He should have been an actor. He kills Richard Ramirez, who is in the car and allegedly didnt put his hands up because he was reaching for his gun. Turns out, Oops! No gun. After Morrison kills him, he walks over and falls out on the side of the car---whimpering, sobbing, cant breathe, the whole nine. Then, when he realizes that the dash cam cant see him. He gets up, conveniently stands right in front of the camera and proceeds to fall out all over again, really breaking down and giving it all hes got. While a fellow officer, pats his back, talking about, I got you, brother. I got you. The other cops are looking at him like, Pull yourself together buddy, we got all we need to get you off. And get off he does. Just like he did when he shot and killed someone in 2013. End scene.
