Just in case some of you might be interested. The new bridge downtown is set to open to traffic on 2/9 but will be open to pedestrians on 2/8. There is a 6k run on the 8th in addition to some cycling events. I ran in the races that were held on I64 when the section were opened and it was pretty cool running down the center of the interstate. Here is a link to the run info.
