Just in from the National Weather Service A disorganized cluster of showers and thunderstorms currently located south of Florida and Alabama in the Gulf of Mexico will shift westward across the the northern gulf coast during the next few days. Impacts expected will be in the form of rainfall with 1 to 3 inches possible mainly south of I-10 along the Louisiana coast as well as tides around 1 foot above normal. The likelihood of this system developing into a tropical storm is low or 20%.
