Just knowing the Book of Mormon has brought a greater understanding of American history and its indiginous people that I studied in high school. The founding of this great country, the constitution and the inspired men, ordained of God to lay the foundation whereby the fullness of the gospel could be restored. I have a greater understanding and belief in the Bible because of the Book of Mormon. I have a greater understanding of The Lord Jesus Christ and of his infinite atonement because of the Book of Mormon. All facets of my life make more sense because of this book. The origin of this book has been called into question many times by people with whom I am aquainted. If one were to take time to find out what is in this book, they would be hard pressed to condemn its perported origin. In fact, it would be much more difficult to believe that someone just wrote it.
