Just letting you know yoga & meditation classes for the 2013 second semester are on Thursdays at:- 6pm - 7.30pm, Evison Lounge. First Floor, OUSA Recreation Centre This class includes yoga, relaxation techniques, yoga philosophy and meditation. No previous experience is necessary. New content is included each week to provide an ongoing course. It is suggested you attend weekly to get the full benefits from the course. For people wishing to specialise in meditation there is a separate class starting weekly on Tuesday 16th July. Meditation Only Classes Tuesday 16th July 6pm - 7pm Otago Room, Ground Floor, OUSA Recreation Centre The meditation only class is for members who have attended at least three yoga and meditation classes or have already been practising meditation.This class has less instruction and assumes you are able to meditate. It is an opportunity for meditators to come and practice with others. Everything you need for the classes is supplied. Just come along check out the classes and enjoy. Classes are free for students. Everyone welcome including friends. If you have not registered you may register at the end of the class so you get the normal benefits of membership.
