Just like this.. The upcoming performances of Bamboo and Gloc9 in the province could be used as well to further promote our local artists, the local bands and rap groups, respectively, not just the young upstarts culled through this provincewide talent search, but those who are already somewhat established in the area already. (You can not discount the fact that they exist, you know.) The artists are there. All they need is a little push here and there. Worst that could happen again is a snobbing system. Thats why after the first Himala, I re-swore to myself (and my friends) to do everything in my power and capacity to help the artists of Ilocos..para darating ang araw, sila naman ang habulin, at hindi sila yung naghahabol, which looks pathetic. We will do it, even independently, if needed. Kudos to PGIN though, for bringing bigger and bigger acts in the province! (clap clap clap) Not done here. This deserves an article, as I come back to blogging and journalism, after a hiatus of almost ten years.
