Just one more week till the BrainTrainer starts! Here is another Trainer for you: Hey guys! I had already the pleasure to gain many experience in the field of leadership. -One year president of the student council -Coordinator of the University-Prom Organisation-Team -Developed a leadership-Training-Series for the Board of my VWI-local-group I´m looking forward to exchange experience with you and to create a week a of Synergy! These are my two topics: Lead with personality Does the society need a new type leaders for the 21st century? What kind of person is this? What skills does they need to have? In this Training we will strive to answer these questions and more! We want to uncover what personality really is and which different steps a person must take in order to become a great leader. Strategic Leadership Is it enough to be just a great person to lead people? Where does our leadership start and where does it end? Can we develop a backup to feel secure when taking responsibility for many people? In this Training we will work on systems and strategies which, if you can use in the right way, can guarantee you a successful leadership. See you all next week!
