Just posted by M: During my first visit to Dr. Ruths office my children and I were welcomed by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member who gave us a thorough tour and introduced us to each staff member. We were given an overview of the entire braces installation process from picture taking, Xrays, instalation, how to care for braces, foods to avoid and the braces removal process. During our meeting with Dr. Ruth she was a warm and friendly person who took her time to get to know the potential patient as well as each of the family members that accompanied her. All of our questions were answered clearly and we were given our paymen plan options. I left feeling that my child would receive excellent care from Dr. Ruth and her staff when her braces are installed. The office staff are professional yet the environment is fun and friendly. There are lots of incentives and prizes for the patients to earn which is a unique touch. Dr. Ruth and her office staff made us feel like family! We will.definitely return.
