Just put on my Zees and a 30t raceface chainring. I have a question. I run a bmx chain and because the ring is so small, the chain was cathing/rubbing on the spider, but after a minutes or so of cycling it has eaten away at the spider/the paint on the spider. Is this ok? It doesnt seem to be rubbing much now as it has created room for it self. Is that slight bit of removed material going to effect the strenght of the spider at all? Thanks haha
