Just read that most if not all fast food chains here and abroad are serving variety of unhealthy foods with high level of toxins which can cause various diseases in the human body. The very reason why mortality rates worldwide are getting younger and younger. Personally, i am not fond of eating out but would rather cook my own food at home, bring packed lunch at the office, and manage the ingredients of the food i eat by myself. #NoToFastFoodChains
