Just reading signs and symtoms of lack of vitamin ...after my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure she had her vit d levels tested for other reasons and she was so low that she was put on prescrition vit d 50,000 iu units a day for 6 weeks to try and get her levels up...never thought that it had a conncection..but now they are finding it pretty much has a connection to everything!!! ...here are some symptoms that you might not even connect to vitamin D Bone Pain Shunning the sun and being lactose intolerant can leave you with a deficiency of Vitamin D.
