Just received a compliment from Mark in Valerie Avenue, Valeriedene: I would just like to publically thank Reaction Officer Julius Pule from the Valeriedene area for assisting us on Friday, 9 May 2014 at 2am, beyond the call of duty. We had a burst main water pipe outside our property which caused water to flow through our garage and into our house. While trying to divert the water, pick and spade in hand, the Fairlands Police simply drove past but not Officer Pule and reaction Officer Lungelo Jwili from ADT. They immediately stopped and were not scared to assist and get their hands dirty. Officer Pule then returned later to ensure my safety while Joburg Water worked on the fault My family and I are hugely appreciative and wish to extend our thanks to Mr Pule.
