Just received a note that closed with Have an impressive week, Elena. Had a think on it, and am offering up a new impressive in my design for the rest of this week. This was an impressive week. I got 7+ hours of sleep each night, drank TONS of water, meditated twice daily even for 5 minutes, and smiled A LOT. I did a Yin or Restorative pose each day. I was super kind to my kid, my man, my parents, my SELF, and i gave something away each day, whether it was a crystal, a dollar, a piece of clothing or a sweet thought. IMPRESSIVE...
