Just saw SUPERMAN...and wow! It was definitely fascinating. The movie held my attention - which is saying a lot. A few times I gravitated to the edge of my seat and held the stance of "ok, I am really into this!" My only non raving thoughts had to do with the story line and some of the extremes put into the destruction of metropolis. I kept thinking - if the avengers were chastised so bad for destroying New York, how the heck are they going to explain the metropolis mess??? Then I would float back down to reality and remind myself - its not real Elaine. Oh yeah... I was also confused on a couple aspects of the story line. Maybe it was just a whole lot of new information intertangled with classic Superman lore. I was highly impressed with the acting though. - even ole Henry with with his never ending frown face did a great job. So all in all- yes go see it. Even if you are not a huge superman follower, but be prepared to buckle your seat belts and hold onto your butts!
