Just saw the Veronica Mars movie. I enjoyed it a lot. Made me miss the original show so much. The writers handled the missing decade very nicely by... centering it around her 10th-year high-school reunion. Plus the usual murder, intrigue, municipal corruption, sharp tongues, romance, danger, and plot twists. Oh, and luck and pluck. The biggest mystery, along with whodunnit of course, is why more transitions from small to large screens cant be done so gracefully. Ill knock off half a star for trying to rush too many old cast members through but... even that had the a long time ago, we used to be friends quality that goes with any high-school reunion. Ok, so call it four and three quarters then.
