Just so ya know, i will not be doing the ice bucket challenge... i feel like so many people do it without understanding what ALS actually is, which really defeats the point of doing the challenge anyway! I know of some people that have done the challenge but couldnt tell you what actually happens to someone that has ALS, they dont understand why theyre tipping ice water over their heads and its become more about sharing their reaction than understanding ALS...
