Just spent 20 mins in McDonalds helping an old guy named Marty attach a word document to an e-mail so he could send a letter to his granddaughters :) he had to take out a pen and paper to write down all the steps so he could do it again on his new fancedangly Internet machine. Sounds cheesy but I seriously love helping people, I know it made his night easier and I know I feel good helping him to contact his granddaughters in a way that was completely new to him :)
