Just spent 5 hours not only fixing a jacked up computer (virus / malware and novice computer users dont mix) , but finding a way to downgrade it from Windows 8 to Windows 7. This is not an easy task, there are several major BIOS settings that have to be changed in order for Windows 7 to install. Then, once you install it, you have to find windows 7 drivers since the computer was configured with Windows 8 drivers from the factory. Now for fun I think I will go beat my head against the wall! LOL.
