Just talked to Kristen. They are still in the Hyatt in the theater with 1000 people. The ceiling collapsed in their room, so they were thankful they werent in it. They are limited to one piece of luggage in the theater and dont know if theyll see their other stuff again - not that thats important. She said tempers are short and the room/people smelly. The hotel is trying to get their wifi going so families can communicate. She hadnt gotten my texts about their flight Thursday. Another storm headed that way. No running water, no power. Except a generator. Hyatt is letting each family make a 1 minute call on their phone. Running out of food. They are ok, but miserable.
