Just thinking this afternoon about reasons and excuses for not achieving something in your life…Time for a bit of tough love! There are times in everyones life where we all make excuses for not being able to get results.. - Not being able to train - Not having enough time to fit it in - Complaining about their circumstances - Complaining how hard it is for them - Feeling sorry for yourself - Giving in to bull s**t stories that are just lies and justifications for your inaction, your indecision and your unwillingness to try something new!
