Just thought I would update everybody on my dads condition. They still dont know what caused the pancreatitis but they are giving him plenty of IV fluids and antibiotics. His blood pressure is staying in the normal range and his white blood cell count is going back down. He is still in ICU but he was allowed to sit up in a chair for a little bit even though he is still very drowsy. Tomorrow they are thinking about taking him off of the heart monitors if he continues to show improvement. However he will most likely still be in the hospital for at least 4 more days.
