Just thought Id pass this along, it has been really helpful to me. I know a lot of us need to exercise but we get worn out too easily or we may be stuck in bed for weeks because of CVID related illnesses and struggle to get back into exercise, or we dont want to venture outdoors because of germs, etc. and this is a low-intensity cardio workout I found based on movements you do while walking a few steps or walking in place (very easy to do in your living room, you dont need much space, but you end up walking a mile during the workout which lasts 15 minutes). The hostess is a little corny, but you can always put it on mute lol. Anyway I figured Id post it here in case anyone might be looking for something like this.
