Just thought Id share this with my fellow Judy peeps...its the one and only legendary Vikki Carr singing a little bit of Garland as a tribute to Judy, near the ending of her absolutely sensational concert performance tonite at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in the Los Angeles area, Calif....unfortunately the lighting was poor and the entire huge theater room was a bit smoky which made for the worst conditions for filming and photographing ..so forgive the shabby picture quality xx
